Technical Supervisor

·        Responsible for 3 Senior Technicians, and Co-Ordinator / Administrator.

·        Reporting to National Operations & Business Development Manager.

·        Monthly meetings with existing clients: Gauteng, North-West, Mpumalanga, KZN Metro, Municipal, Provincial Officials (road Traffic) and banks (42 equipped vehicles and 17 fixed sites and border post link)

·        Visits to new business clients: shopping centers management, automotive sector.

·        Negotiate draft and service level agreements, specifications, user rights, client roles.

·        Assist tendering and do quotations.

·        Stock and asset control, procurement/sourcing cycle.

·        Quality control and testing incoming and installed equipment and scheduled maintenance (implemented software SMS updates)

·        Reading building and equipment drawings, calculating correct bracket and housing dimensions and strengths and suitable site placement.

·        Ensure correct invoicing and Unicode calculations, annual certification.

·        Client and own staff training, IR.

·        Project management from inception:  quotations, procurement, installation and handover.

·        Client reports, daily site/Technician report monitoring, executive summary and presentation to GM and Operations Mangers (achievements, opportunities, challenges)

·        HSE responsibility on sites and ISO 9000 audit assistance, compiled SOP’s and H & S standards.

Operations Supervisor

·        Daily roadblock support, demos, stock control, fleet management.

·        Planning and executing departmental budgets.

·        Overseeing inventory needs and undertaking office management and administration.
