Key Account Manager, Stellenbosch Exports


  • Manage relationships with clients
  • Coordinate shipments
  • Coordinate Supply and demand plan
  • Handle all client queries
  • Coordinate logistics and supply chain
    solutions with internal teams
  • Annalise market trends and competitor activities
  • Identify business opportunities and challenges.
  • Monitor and report on key account metrics
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations 
  • Manage compliance requirements related to freight and export.
  • Arrangements daily with shipping lines
  • Handle all bookings with freight forwarders
  • Age and stock analysis


  • 1 – 3 years Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in the logistics
    and freight sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics, shipping, and export processes.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and
    maintain client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiar with market trends and an ability to adapt to changes in the industry.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Masters degree in business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Valid driver’s license with own vehicle.

Location: Stellenbosch

R20 000 – R25 000 per month (Experience based)
