KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER, STELLENBOSCH(EXPORTS)

Zeminwe Recruitment is looking for two Key Account Managers for Grape and Citrus department to manage the supply and demand of customers.

Key Account Manager, Stellenbosch Exports

Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships
• Coordinate shipments
• Coordinate Supply and demand plan
• Handle all client queries
• Coordinate logistics and supply chain solutions
• Annalise market trends 
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up to date with industry regulations 
• Manage compliance requirements related to freight and export.
• Age and stock analysis
• Allocations to markets

Requirements:

• 1 – 3 years Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in the logistics
  and freight sector.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics, shipping, and export processes.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and
  maintain client relationships.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiar with market trends and an ability to adapt to changes in the industry.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Masters degree in business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license with own vehicle.
