Executive Assistant in Wellington: We are seeking a vibrant and dynamic organizer with strong people skills to operate as assistant to our senior management team. The successful candidate must have extensive experience in a similar role and be proficient in Microsoft programmes
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide support to Senior Management
Oversee the overall coordination of vehicles
Coordinate travel arrangements
Manage sponsorships
Liaise with stakeholders
Manage scheduling of meetings and boardroom bookings
Invoices and reconciliations
Maintain filing system and accurate recordkeeping
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Relevant tertiary qualification
One year experience in local and international travel arrangements
Computer Literate
Attention to detail
Work under pressure
Meet deadlines
Proficiency in English and Afrikaans
Valid driver’s license
Efficient and disciplined.
Strong and professional communication skills
Able to work independently and as a team player
Strong work ethic
Problem solver
Innovative thinking
REMUNERATION
Market related, depending on experience and qualifications.
