Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage switchboard.
  • Daily admin and reception duties.
  • Engagement with clients and colleagues.
  • Receiving customers.
  • Receiving and distributing mails.
  • Capture Pastel account transactions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric.
  • Pastel accounting knowledge.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Fluently Afrikaans
  • Fluently English
  • Computer Literate Microsoft Office.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Highly professional and presentable.
